Friendly staff..Nice food.

Most of the staff tried their very best to fix some of the issues we had. Mall below the hotel was very convenient. Breakfast had many options and was good.

The hotel room itself was in major need of refurbishing. In fact, we actually changed rooms after the first night because our room was in such bad shape. The shower head/hose fell while taking a shower, the floor, baseboards and walls were very dirty and in need of repair, the sheets were not clean, wi-fi intermittent at best, safe deposit box in room did not work, in room refrigerator was dirty and hot, toilet did not flush. The second room we were moved to had exactly the same issues except that it had the added "bonus" of no shower curtain; in their defense they actually came and put one on immediately after we notified them of the problem.

Location great, Amenities was close by, buffet breakfast was great, wide varieties.

Great pool but what ever there did to the pool water it didn’t feel right. The hotel deco need an update.

Modern building attached to the mall which is probably the best thing in the town

We asked a lady at reception for help with our onward travel. She seemed very uninterested in doing anything for us. That said the rest of the staff were fantastically friendly and perhaps she was just having a bad day.

We liked the most super comfortable bed and quiet for a good night sleep. We enjoyed breakfast buffet. Proximity of the mall with a nice cafe and bakery was a bonus.

Wallpapers in the room require replacement as the present ones are already dirty and stained.

Room was spacious And good location

I have booked Mountain View room and I was highly disappointed to see the view from the room. The balcony was so dirty and loaded with compressor and wire through that you can see the mountain view. Flush was not working. AC was also making sounds and not cooling properly. Deposit box was also not working. Breakfast buffet was cold. Bed sheets were dirty. I told them to change. If you are paying a good amount, you don't expect such kind of facilities. One of the worst hotel experience in my life.i asked for feedback form and they gave me a blank paper.

The staff is really friendly and my stay was very comfortable. The room was big, the bed was very cozy, wlan in my room was very good, room service very friendly.

The breakfast was okay, but honestly i‘ve expected more. Coffee was okay. I‘ve had better breakfasts in similar hotels all over Indonesia. The bathroom could have been a bit more clean, but it was still okay!
